Rules

Entry is denied or requested to leave the premises if:

• persons under the age of 18. A valid identity card, driver's license, sis card or membership card is required.
• persons in possession and / or under the influence of drugs / alcohol, who trade or use them.
• persons without neat appearance or appropriate clothing
• persons carrying any kind of weapon.
• persons who bring tension and / or aggressiveness with them.
• persons who are noisy (inside and outside), act inappropriately or provoke violence against the operator, staff, artists and / or other customers.
• groups of more than 4 people or people who are expected to form within groups.
• persons who have caused difficulties in our or other catering establishments in the past.
• first-time visitors, and when only a limited number of new customers are admitted. This can be for various reasons.

Access means that the following rules are adhered to:

• the entrance is paid upon entry.
• it is strictly forbidden to take glasses upstairs.
• it is strictly forbidden to smoke outside the designated areas.
• going upstairs is only possible in lingerie.
• on Saturday, the floors are only accessible to couples.
• the dress code on Monday and Friday applies to the entire complex.
• do not hinder and / or prevent personnel from performing their duties.
• clothes and other belongings can be stored in the lockers. Everyone is responsible for their own key. Clothes and shoes found by other customers and staff are kept at the reception. These belong in the lockers and 20 € is charged for return.
• loss of the key means replacement of the lock.
• The costs are 20 € and will be charged to the customer.
• sales, flyers and sampling are only possible after explicit permission.
• disrespectful intimacies, racism and discrimination are not allowed.
• instructions of the personnel must be followed.
• order and tidiness must be respected.
• Acanthus cannot be held responsible for any injury, material or immaterial damage to visitors and their belongings, or loss or theft.
• a membership card does not guarantee access.
• in situations where the house rules do not provide, the management decides on the measures to be taken.

Safety rules:

• cameras watch over your and our safety. By entering the complex you agree to this.
• when entering and / or leaving the complex you can be searched, or the bags can be checked for content.
• customers leaving the premises are requested not to enter traffic after consuming alcohol.

Risk offenders:

• a request to change their behavior.
• a removal from Acanthus.
• a permanent refusal with withdrawal of membership.
• referral and possible identification to the federal police.
